Historic guest house, which was previously the mill house of the nearby Château of Cussigny. The Moulin de Cussigny is a charming place to stay located in the heart of the famous wine region between Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Dijon.

 

Wine tasting, walking, biking and many other activities to partake in. Owner and manager Jean-Philippe Lefils is an active member of the local wine trade and is a second generation “Courtier en Vins”. He and his family are well known locally and have an extensive network in the local wine trade. Per prior arrangement, he can organize wine tastings.

  • 3 Bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements: 1 bed 180 x 200 cm (70 x 80 inches) or 2 beds 90 x 200 cm (35 x 80 inches) per room + 1 single in the top bedroom

  • Sheets and towels are furnished for a 15 euros per person supplement

  • Washer, dryer, dishwasher

  • A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for a supplement of 70 €.

  • We are sorry, our pet friends are not allowed.

  • A stream runs through the property which could create a risk for young children. Children are the entire responsibility of their caretakers.

TARIFS

PRICES

  Terms and conditions. 

Guest house for 7 people; 3 bedrooms

Rentals : From Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am
Water, electricity and heating included. A 30 % deposit is necessary at the time of reservation. Keys will be provided upon arrival by the owner and a deposit of 200 € will be required.
Sheet and towel fees are 15 € per person and the cleaning fee at the end of the stay 70 €. Tourist tax not included: 2,30€/person/night. Free for children under 18.

Rental rates from November to March

One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 800 €
Week-end from Friday 12:00 am to Sunday 12:00 am : 500 €
Week days (2 nights minimum) : 500 €
Holidays (Christmas) : 850 € for a week and 500 € for a week-end or 2 nights minimum during weekdays.

Rental rates for April, May, June, September and October

One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 800 €
Holidays from April to May (Easter) and October (Toussaint): 850 € for a week and 500 € for a week-end or 2 nights minimum during weekdays.

Rental rates for July and August

One week from Saturday 4:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am : 975 €
Please contact us if you want specific dates. July and August require 3 nights minimum stay.

 

 

   Rental Policies - Cancellation Policy.  

  • Unless we are able to rent out the cancelled period to other guests,( in which case you will be fully refunded,) the booking deposit remains non-refundable.

  • If we receive written notice of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival, you will owe no further outstanding balance. However, if written notice of cancellation is made 30 days or less before the date of arrival, you will owe the outstanding balance unless we are able to rent the property for the period.

  • In case of cancellation, we will make every effort to rent out the house for the cancelled period.

  • Arrival / Departure

  • Regular arrival is 4:00 PM on Saturday to 10:00 AM. Please let us know before booking the rental, if you wish to arrive and leave at specific time.

  • Thank you for leaving the rental as clean as you found it upon your arrival.

  • Utilities

  • The rental prices include utilities. These are included within reasonable limits.

  • Telephone / Internet

  • The guest house is not equipped with a regular home phone. We recommend cell phone rentals. We provide wireless high speed internet access at no extra charge.

  • Books, Games

  • The guest house has guidebooks and games for your enjoyment during your stay. Please be considerate and leave these at the house for our next guests to enjoy.

  • Keys

  • Instructions will be given on how and where to leave the keys when you leave. We reserve the right to charge for replacement of lost sets of keys.

  • Damaged / Broken / Missing Items

  • We reserve the right to charge for any items which are damaged, broken, or go missing during your stay, and may charge over and above the 200 euros damage deposit.

  • Please, no smoking inside the house.

  • We are sorry, our pet friends are not allowed.
